can u change the way a hamster sleeps

could u make a hamster sleep durring the night and not durring the day

Answer
You can try but it may not work.  Hamsters are often active for short periods of time during the day as it is so if you want to spend time with them just be on the lookout for your hamster waking up to get more food/water/etc.  If it's for noise purposes you'll have to find ways to keep your hamster awake for long stretchs (3-4 hours) during the day.  If you can do that for about a week you may be able to make them diurnal.
