hello, my happy isnt really using the exercise wheel. She is just digging alot. Happy drinks and eats normally. Is there anything wrong with her? Please answer me as soon as possible.

some hamsters use their wheels more than others.  However, one thing to check is the size of the wheel. Often cages come with wheels already in them, however, they are too small for Syrian hamsters, especially the larger varieties.  If the wheel is too small, hamsters stop using them because it hurts to arch their back in order to run in them.  You might want to see about changing the wheel to a larger one (a solid wheel - not one with spokes) and let her try that.
