boy or girl?

my mother used to have a ferret and she just got another one, and the place where she got it couldnt tell her if it was a boy or girl. she wanted me to see if i could possibly find out how to tell if its a boy or girl? it was born between jan.10th-14th of this year. i hope you can help me.

I personaly wouldnt have bought a ferret from someone who didn't even know how to sex it.... what else may they have not know about care ect? Anyway lucky for you sexing ferrets is VERY easy, Simply hold the ferret under its arm pits and look down... the male will have his "pee area" half way up his belly closer towards his tailend... the females parts are all close together under her tail. Good luck with the little fellow.
