TRANING FERRETS

I HAVE THREE FERRETS A FRIEND GAVE TO ME TWO GIRLS AND A BOY THEY ALREADY HAVE NAMES BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET THEM TO ANSWER TO THEM.I NEED SOME TIPS.I ALSO WOULD LIKE TO KNOW ALITTLE ABOUT SHOULDER TRANING THEM.

Hello Eva and thank you for your questions,

Since they are not responding to there naems they do not know them! Just repepte each ferrets name to them when there seperate, like when your just playing with one or bathing one or holding one tell it its name... such as arent you so sweet 'sugar' or good boy 'billy' ect ect. As for shoulder training do it one ferret at a time some will get it down right away some will take much loner to learn to balnce properly. Take your ferret while sitting on the floor and place it on your shoulder or if its a really big one on both shoulder behind your neck, if you praise the ferret and offer treats while hes up there he will soon learn to balnce and you can try to stand up and procede from there, also if you were a hooded sweater you can train them to sit in that instead of on your shoulder.
