I have had my new baby for 6 days, the potty training is going great but she yelps all night unless I am holding her. Please help

Whatever you do, don't break down and hold her unless you want to develop some really bad habits right away.   Are you using a crate to assist with potty training?     She should be sleeping in her crate initially.   Hopefully it is one of those open wire types and not the plastic airline carriers.  (they are known to cause anxiety because the dog feels too closed in)
Try giving the pup LOTS of exercise right before bed time and then putting her in the crate with a nice safe bone to keep her busy.   The crate can be beside your bed or in another "lived in" part of the house.    If she yelps, ignore it.  You may have a few restless nights, but it should subside.    Just remember a tired puppy will sleep better and a really yummy bone will be too good to resist chewing on.
