agility training

Question
I was planning on starting to train my dog in agility... how could I start doing this at home or some other place without having to take lessons (or spend money?) thanks!

Are you planning to do it for fun - or actually compete? If you are wanting to participate in the sport, I'd strongly suggest you find a good teacher, who has been successful at the upper levels of the sport. There are a whole lot of handling strategies which you simply aren't likely to pick up on your own. If you just want to play in your yard at it, there are certainly a number of things you can build cheaply with PVC. But things like a sturdy dogwalk, teeter and A frame are going to cost a fair amount even if you build them yourself.
