Urinating in house

August 30, 2007 I adopted a nearly two year old Female Golden Retriever.  She was very good about urinating outside for me (one accident the first day when I did not recognize her sign).  On September 18, I had her spayed.  Now she is having "accidents" in the house when I am near.  She seems to understand "Do you need to go out." and "Go Potty."  What should I do?

My first step would be to have the doctor who performed her surgery give her an examination.  It is possible she has an infection or something from the surgery could have triggered this.   It is very odd that this started AFTER the spay, especially considering she was doing so well before.
