My dogs will not stop peeing inside

Question
I have two Brussel-Griffons and they are 10 months old.  They have been crate trained for the last three months and they still lift their legs on everything.  We just moved into a new house, had all new flooring throughout the entire house, all new furniture....no possible way of any urine smells and one of them lifted their leg on the new couch last night?  they are in a pen anytime i cannot supervise them, they are let out at least 10 times during the day...HELP!

Answer
Unless it has biological problems a dog does not need to be let out 10 times a day, 3-4 should be plenty provided you make sure they go. Otherwise they never adapt to "holding it" as an adult dog does.

If not neutered, they are likely marking territory. It takes about a month after neutering to get the hormones out.

Second possible reason is to get attention and are not out enough or with you enough so they act badly to get your attention.

As I often say, dogs are like 2 year olds.  MOMMY MOMMY MOMMY MOMMY until mommy gives in or exercises the right to be leader rather than servent. If not started already invest in obedience training and save yourself a lot of work.
