Question
QUESTION: hi i have a 14month old pure breed dachund he is usally well behaved toilet trained him in about a month. My problem is latley he has been pooing and weeing on the cement out the back he knows he not suppose to as when i go out there he ran to the other side of the yard and just looks at me is there a reason for this and how can i stop it thanks

ANSWER: There is not enough information here for comment. Where is the dog supposed to go?  Has the time of day changed when he goes out? Are there any changes in life style, partners, other stress inducing conditions? Figuring out what causes a change in behavior needs consideration of health, environment, age, diet, relationships and other factors.

QUESTION: there is a large grass area for him to go to the toilet he will wee on the grass but not poo onit all the time. he has access to the grass at all times i cant think of any stress induced conditions as he is a well behaved dachund except for the pooing on the concrete it has been happening probably for the last 8 months or so i thought he might get out of it but its just getting worse and im not happy about it as its not a good look and leaves marks on the concrete and i just dont want him to do it thanks

Answer
You'll need to keep him in the grass till he does his droppings there. WHen he starts to squat on the concrete say no, and lead him back to the grass.  There ae also some retail store products that direct the dog away or to areas for potty.
