puppy breath

I have a 4 month old pittbull.  About when he was 3 months old he threw up and it made his breath smell really bad and it is still like this. I give hime treats that are supposed to help the smell but dosent seem to be working any ideas of what i can do to help the smell go away?

His breath can't still smell from the vomit. I think he just has puppy breath and you don't like the smell. Many people like the smell of a puppies breath, but other do not. Either way, he will start loosing his baby teeth soon and should loose the puppy breath with it.
