chihuahuas and breastfeeding

when should my chihuahua stop breastfeeding her babies?

Answer
The puppies will be fully weaned at 7/8 weeks of age by 3 weeks you can start offering soked mashed dry puppy kibble and some canned puppy food  the puppies must remain with there  mother and litter until they are 8 weeks old to get properly soclized with other dogs and learn there manners via the litter and there mum.
