Raw Pork meat

I have just received a box of pork off-cuts from a slaughtered pig. I want to know is it safe to feed it to my 2 dogs - a rottweiler and a kelpie??

First of all, I am not an advocate of feeding raw, but I would be a bit leery of pork since there is such a high amount of fat in it. It could trigger pancreatitis in one of your dogs. I am not sure how well (or how easily) one could trim all the fat out of the meat.
