How often are you to deworm a puppy?

Not at all if it doesn't have worms. Take a stool sample in to your veterinarian and have it examined. If the puppy has parasites, they will give you the appropriate medication and tell you how often to deworm. Usually it is done every two-three weeks two or three times, depending on the product used. Another product is used three days in a row, and then done again three weeks later.
