Pooping and digging carpet

I have a 6 month old mini dashund and she is digging up the carpet in my sons room. I also am having trouble with her pooping in the house and chewing up different things. I have a doggy door and she does go out and pottys outside, but she also does it in house. I have a male dsahund and I never had these problems . Please help me.

What you might want to do for a while is to use a crate and keep him in there all the time,except to take hime outside,to play with him to be fed ect

Keeping him in a crate will stop him from destorying things,and it also helps them to housetrain,as they often want to keep sleeping areas clean

Keep him in the crate all of the time like that for about 3 weeks,then slowly let him out more,and if the accidents continue,back in the crate he goes

Now once he's house trained,for chewing there is a product you can buy at any petstore called 'bitter apple' and it tastes terrible to them and they spit anything with it on out
