bee sting?

Question
Today my dog was chained out side for 10 minutes to go to the bathroom. I had to use the restroom myself. I heard my mom say "go get your dog i think hes being stung" i went out side and there was a swarm of bees in a hole in the ground about 30 feet or so from were my dog was. there were about 4 by him. I got him inside being stung myself. He has black hair so i cant see the stingers. I believe he was stung in the mouth because he was snapping at them. Also he is slobbering which he only does in the car. To me it seems his "jaw line" if dogs have that is swollen i don't know if I'm just seeing things because I'm nervous. Hes crying a lot and wont let me look in his mouth what should i do? Will he be okay? Thanks in advance =D

Answer
Hello;
I am sorry, I had technical difficulties last evening.
I am sure your dog is okay, but, if he has any residual fluids or swelling, give him children's benydril, the Children's dose that would most match his weight.

In the future, you can make a paste with baking soda and water, and apply onto the areas where stung to relieve the pain.

If I can be of further assistance, do not hesitate to ask,

Best regards,
Melissa
