getting puupy to walk on a leash

Question
We have had our english bulldog puppy for 4 weeks now.  She is 15 weeks old and has made some progress with housebreaking and has learned sit, stay and come ( although the stay snd come are a work in progress ).  We put a collar on her after the first day we got her and she has never had an issue with it.  She gets excited when we take the leash out of the drawer to go on a walk, but when we get outside we can rarely get her off the property line.  At first, I attributed it to seeing all new things....but by now, the flag across the street should be old news.  I have gotten her to the end of the culdesac twice, but that is with trying at least twice a day...every day. I encourage her with treats, but still have not had much success.  Thank you for your help

Answer
You can use treats to keep her interested in being near you, but I don't like the bending over and holding a treat out.  If getting out in front and coaxing doesn't get a puppy moving, try dropping behind it and running by in baby steps calling ''Go, go, go!'' In a happy, excited voice.
