Question
I have 2 pit bulls. They are both Red Noses. The male is 4 months old at 38 pounds and the female is 7 months old and weighs 43 pounds. They definitely don't look malnourished but i want them to be bigger of course. I started off feeding them Diamond Puppy food and recently changed to Diamond Maintenance for Adult dogs. I was wondering if that food is good to build size? And what are some other suggestions to add muscular mass?

Answer
Hi Chris - Can you go back to the puppy food please.  They need the x-tra protein in the puppy food.
also, if you want bulk, try this one :  BARKING at the MOON food by Solid Gold.  You can find this at any good pet store.
Solid Gold is wonderful and you can mix this with the food your are already using.
Use your puppy food ( Diamond) with the Solid Gold... Do 1/2 puppy amounts and 1/2 solid gold....
At 8 months to 9 months old you can go to Adult food and get off the puppy food.

Also, this Vitamin/Supplement will be excellent for them.... Building a strong and healthy dog

BEST wishes with your new kids.  FEEDING them good food will help them to grow strong.  Also, 2 walks per day about 1-2 miles each time.  ( if you have the time...)
Also, some healthy ball play will keep the leg muscles strong.

Have fun playing ball!
