puppy bully breed

i have a 4month red nose pitbull... he has this red mark near his neck where hair doesnt seem to grow; some kind of rash or maybe he scratched himself to hard. around that same time he was sick and he was supposed to get his 1st shots, but vet said pup would be to weak after all the test they ran. they checked for parvo, all the standard stuff. they also did a scrape to see if he had mites or any other bugs everythings fine they gave me an ointment to rub on his neck once a day it seemed to work. a little bit a hair grew back; the vet didnt seem to have an answer to this red mark do you think you can help his brand of food is eukanuba puppy food

Hi:  Just saw your quesions... The salmon oil will help his skin and coat to be softer.  If you use a small amount of salmon oil your pal should not have loose poops.
