QuestionHI there ..I have a year and half blue male pit bull .Yesterday a female neighbor and her boyfriend approached me about mating my dog with their female blue pit bull as she is in heat (she is 2 years old ..neither have papers ) My question is ,although they seem like genuine people i don't really know them ? Is there a way i can be sure that they will hold up on their end of the deal ? Such as maybe having a letter notarized ? I would be devastated if they were to up and leave with no info on the pups ? We were wanting to have first pick and also another pup from the deal .I want to be active in the dams pregnancy and make sure she is taken care of and we would also make sure all the pups go to nice homes (we already have 2 close friends wanting a pup ) Any info is greatly appreciated .
AnswerHi Sylvia: I understand your concerns... Here are some links for you to follow with good STUD service advice..

I know the dogs are not all papered... but you still need a contract. Also, all parties go to the bank and have it notarized...
( any notary service will be fine)
Most of the time the Stud family gets one dog ( pick of the litter) and sometimes some cash too... ( 200 to 400)
BEST wishes to you
