My Jack russel Nemo

Hi my name is julie and we just brought a Jack Russel called nemo and he is very skinny i'm very worried and not sure what to do can you help me? and i'm also not  sure what to do about his food he looks and also feels skinny and i think his skin do you think I should return him??? help me please

I fyou bought him at a pet store, he is most likey a sick puppy from a puppy mill and you'll have to choose whether to bring him back or not. It's very sad but this is what happens when unsuspecting patrons of pet stores fall in love with that puppy in the window, and then get socked with thousands in vet bills. If you decide to keep him, you'll need to have him looked at by a vet right away. Small puppies can sometimes get a disease called parvo virus that can kill quickly. If your dog is sick, diarrhea, vomiting, and getting thinner, it may already be too late. I'm sorry, I don't want to scare you but this doesn't sound like a good situation. Please do something right away.
