eye issue bulldog; conjunctivitis in bullie;

Question
My 6 year old bulldog, has been waking up with some extra pussy discharge from his eye.  I called the vet and they said it might be conjunctivitis, but it cost over $150.00 to test for it.  If I get the antibiotic will it hurt him if he does not have it.  The eyes looks like other pictures of this issue on the net.  I would love to spend money on my bully, but I am just broke since I gave birth a few months ago.

Hi Peyton, You can use some Human "Normal Saline" eye wash - Place some of this eye wash on a cotton pad and wipe the eye,  a few times per day.  It may just be allergies....
Wash your hands Good after you apply the Normal Saline wash.

If it is not better in 3 days, you may need some eye ointment from the Vet.
