4 week old male boxer puppy

We just had a litter of puppies four weeks ago today. Today we noticed that two of our males have a mucus-like discharge coming from their male part. Is this normal or sign of some kind of infection, etc?

It is usually the first signs of dehydration per my vet. You should seek vet attention to be on the safe side. I would increase their water consumption as well. Thank you for your question and good luck with the puppies.
