Potty training

I have a 6 month old boxer. She is very good about going to the bathroom outside during the day and at night, she stays in a kennel and wines when she has to go out in the middle of the night. The last couple weeks she wont wine she just makes messes. Iv tried setting different alarms to take her out but every day is different. Not really sure what to do with her.

Are you setting an alarm during the night to get up to take her outside?

Try cutting off her food and water a couple of hours before bedtime. Make sure you take her out to allow her to pee and poop before bed.

If she whines in the night- take her out.

If she doesn't whine, then she should be alright since she has no water in her system.

Try that and see if it improves.

But, often elimination in a kennel and the whining is not related to needing to potty as much as it is done in rebelliousness to being confined inside a kennel. She apparently does not like it nor feel comfortable in a kennel,
