My 3 year old Beagle

Question
My Beagle is 3 years old. He is Potty trained and very well mannered for a Beagle. Recently we moved and now he is not so well mannered. We moved to a Bigger House with a Bigger yard and a Bigger more Dominent dog. Riley used to stay at my mom's during the day with her dachsund and Shih Tzu where he was the more dominent dog. Since we have moved in he has pottied and pooped in the house, he has also torn up the blinds in the window. He mopes around you have to force him to go outside. He has even gotten aggressive to all of us including my 5 year old niece who is his best friend. I dont know if my dog is depressed or has seperation anxiety. He is never left alone Dempsey the New more dominent dog is home with him and they get along great. when the dogs are left alone it is only for 4 to 8 hours a day. I have made sure to pay attention to Riley and only Riley for at least a half an hour everyday so he does'nt feel like he's not getting enough attention because of the new dog. Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated.

Answer
Kim, I sounds like the move and addition of another dog has affected him. How long have it been? It may take weeks for him to adjust. It sounds like you are very prepared and doing what you should. maybe you can at more time to just Riley (a walk alone). From what you have written I am not sure what more you can do. You may want to consult a dog behaviorist (not a trainer) or the local SPCA.
