beagle breeds

i have what is called a 9" pocket beagle, is there such a thing. also, my niece has just gotten a faust beagle, it is a little longer and thinner. any info on either of these animals?

HI, thanks for writing to me. In actuality there is no such thing as a "pocket beagle". Breeders have just bred down the size. This is not necessarily a good thing genetically. I have never heard of a "faust" beagle. What is that supposed to indicate?
