Kitten Smells

My kitten recently got spayed (2 weeks today). She seems to be OK but there is a rank small where the incision was.

It seems to be healing OK. The only other thing is is she seems to be eating less than before the operation.

Is the smell anything to be concerned about or is this normal?

Yes, it is something to be concerned about. And no, it is not normal. I would call where you had her spayed ASAP and explain what is happening with her. It is not common but, as with people, mistakes can be made or infections can occur.
