Blood in stool - cat

Question
I was just cleaning the litter box, and either one of my cats ate a field of strawberries or there is blood in his/her stool.  One cat is strictly indoor and does not appear to have any blood on her rear.  The other cat is indoor for night sleeping only.  Who knows where he is right now.  
What could blood in the stool mean?  Cancer, feline luke?
I don't want to start freaking out...

Dont start freaking out, but get a stool sample, and the cat and go to the vet with both. Also...i think its time to start keeping the cat indoors only. It does not NEED to go out, it will fuss and it will beg to go out. Just remember you are the boss.
