I got a new cat my best guess it's about 13 weeks old, probably a little older though. Anyways her stool is watery sometimes more than others. Right now I'm only giving her water and dry cat food. Any advice to help the little one out.

Hi Melissa,
I also have a new kitten. I feed him a mixture of Purina ONE kitten formula (dry) with some canned cat food and a little cottage cheese. He loves it and is doing well on it.
You may want to have her checked for worms too. That will cause a runny stool. Be sure to get her vaccinated and spayed.
