i have a himalyan cat of 15 yrs old, she`s having seizures, flipping her body from side to side, peeing, and feces all over, plus foaming or  drooling. help

You need to get her to the vet immediately for a physical exam and probably blood tests.  Cats can suffer from epilepsy, and medication is given to control this if seizures occur more than a few times a year.  Uncontrolled seizures will cause brain damage.  

There are many conditions that can cause seizures, such as infection with feline infectious peritonitis, feline leukemia, poisoning (including lead), toxoplasmosis, growths pressing on the brain or certain nerves, low blood sugar, and high fever.  These can all be deadly, but prompt vet attention may increase chances of survival.
