my male cat has a urinary infection we are treating and he has urinated in the house alittle but know i found a spot were the sprayed our tv. is it possible he is doing that becouse hes sick, or maybe becouse he cant go outside,he fixed

Spraying is a territorial behavior...it should have nothing to do with a urinary tract infection.  Though most neutered male cats no longer spray, sometimes they still will.  If you have another cat in the house, that is the most likely reason he is marking.  If the spot you found is on the carpet, or at the base of the TV, it is possible he actually urinated there - meaning he squatted like he normally would in the litter box.  That could most definitely be from a urinary tract infection - they often will go places they normally don't when they have one.
