what breed is my kitty

I have a 9 week old kitty trying to figure out if his manx or american bobtail he is white with big orange spots he has a bunny tail he has the tips at end of ears and he is very fluffy on back feels like cotton not as much hair on tummy.and he has green eyes. thank you

Without a picture, it would be very difficult to tell.  However, in the feral population both the Manx and bobtail genes are well ensconced, so it could be either.

He is a red tabby with white, probably longhaired version of one or the other.
