food allergy and picky eating

Question
I have two male tabbies who are both about 1 1/2 years old. I've only had them for about 4 months so we are still getting to know each other. One of the boys has a food allergy so I put them both Dick Van Patten's Natural Balance Green Pea and Duck Formula and they seemed to really like it. I give them the dry formula in the morning and wet formula for dinner at night.
About a week ago, the boy with the allergy refused to eat his wet food just out of the blue. I tried giving him dry food after a couple of nights of him going without much dinner and he ate it all.
Do you think I should try a different 'flavor' of food for their wet food or stick it out with this one? It's not normal for this boy to leave food in his bowl and I'm worried that he's not getting the nutrition that he needs.
Any help would be really appreciated!

Answer
Goodness gracious! If he loves the dry food that is fine. He is getting more than enough nutrition with that and he sounds like a hardy eater.  If you feel better giving him canned as a treat and he still snubs it, then he probably doesn't like the taste of wet food.

Case in point.. I went to a dietician once.. and we were discussing healthy food choices. I hate carrots and told her I know carrots are good for me. Her reply was,"Well the idea is to eat healthy foods..but don't force yourself to eat food you don't even like."
