frequent urination problems

could you  possibly give me a few clues as to why the cat would urinate all over. we gave  her to a lady in who says that she is peeing all over the house so we are going to bring her back home with us for she was going to get rid of her any knowledge that you have would be great! thanks

First, she needs to be checked for a urinary tract infection.  Inappropriate urination is usually a sign of an UTI.  Having said that, it can also be a behavioral issue.  Since she is in a new environment, it is possible that is her way of saying she is not happy there.  There could be a million reasons why that may be so.  But I would definitely rule out the possibility of anything physically being wrong first, since if it is an UTI, that can be cured with medicine and she could proceed to live very happily at her new house.
