Answer
How old is Boots? If he is young he will want to play but his parents may not. As a cat matures although they are his parents he will be perceived sometimes as a threat. Especially if his parents are out door cats. I think the first thing you need to do is get all three of them fixed/spayed/neutered if they are not yet. Taking the sexual element out will calm them. Also you really must do this to avoid birth of kittens which will surely end up sick or dead or unwanted by anyone. It is the right thing to do. Also, I must tell you that cats which live outside have a much shorter life. On average 3 years life outside as opposed to up to 18 years if live in the house only. This is because outdoors there are dangers of disease, pests and parasites, other animals, cars, chemicals, poisonous plants and more. Please consider this in what you do with the three cats. They all need your help.
