milk and mewing

i own two 11 month old kittens and one when ever she starts purring she will mew helplessly. it is a sad little mew and i think she wants milk but i dot have any what to i do?

Some cats just do that mewing thing.  She really is showing her affection and appreciation at your attention.  Cows milk is not at all good for kittens or cats as it tends to give them diarrhea.  So, not giving her any milk is exactly the right thing to do.
