cat eye infection question

We have recently rescued a kitten that appears to have running eyes, runny nose,  and a nasty cough. She is eating regular cat food and water. What would be the best liquid medication or creame to give her. Thanks Robert Huddler

Remember I am not a vet!!!!!  There are a number of things it could be.  It sounds as if the cat has some upper respiratory involvement and may need some pretty aggressive therapy.  I would get this kitten to a vet who can put you on the best course of treatment for whatever is ailing this kitten.
