Our cat has just had her second litter of kittens.  We have had little contact with the kittens to avoid making her nervous.  She has started trying to move them around the house.  She did this with the first litter but it wasn't until they were about 3 to 3 1/2 weeks old.  We have them in a room that we hardly ever go into.  Why is she doing this?

She is doing this because she is nervous about the welfare of her kittens. What is around that is making her like that? Do you have small children or other pets? These could make her insecure. Keep her in her room and limit any visits to just one person. This may help. good luck.
