hey my male cat(Perry) has been in a fight and he has lost a patch of fur and in that space he has 2 big gashes can he dont look at all well do i hav 2 get him seen 2 asap and if i dont could that be fatal

Pour some peroxide on the wounds to pull out infection and dirt then put some Neo-sporin ointment (get it at a drug store) on it. If he still doesn't look well in a day or two take him to the vet for antibiotics.
