hi, my cat has a runny nose, her nose is still wet. what does this mean?

Cats do have wet noses since moisture accentuates their sense of smell.

Remember, I am not a vet, but, if your cat is sneezing or has a large amount of gunk coming from her nose, you may want to see your vet.  Also, if your cat's nose is dry and hot, this too is a bad sign.
