hi; i; have two wonderful adopted, male and female, overtime it appear's that they choose too do thier business on the floor and not the litter box. the litter products have been changed from time too time, the litter box 99% of times is clean and dry, i'm at witts end, because these cat's are by no means dumb

Cats are creatures of habit and do not like it when the type or even brand of litter is changed.  It could be the changes in litter are upsetting them and they are going outside the box.

If only one or the other were doing this, I might check to see if it is a medical problem.

On the other hand, there are other possible causes of poor litter pan habits (behavioral), e.g. a new addition to the household (2 legged or 4 legged), a strange cat hanging around the outside of your household, amongst others.

Anyway, you need an enzyme based cleaner specifically for pet stains and pet odors (available from most pet supermarkets or farm stores) to clean up the area.

You might also consider putting the litter pan on newspaper to see if they will go there if they miss the box?!?!?!?
