I think my cat is pregnant!!

Hi I found a stray what looked like a kitten almost 2 months ago. Since bringing her home I have noticed alot of weird changes. She eats more than our other cat, she poops alot and is very aggresive when you touch her stomach. My question is how do I know for sure that she is definetley pregnant. When I feel her stomach on the bottom I can feel little sacs. Recently today I have noticed she is much more vocal and cries alot now. She is also restless now and runs from room to room like she is chasing something and I have had many cats before but none of them used to act like this could it be possible she has a tumor?? I don't have enough money to bring her to the vet yet but if you could respond asap I would really apprciate it thanks and god bless kirsten

She may be pregnant. If she is restless, she may be trying to find a place to have her kittens. You should try to supply a box with shredded newspaper in it and hopefully she will use it.  Don't be surprised, however, if she has them in your bed!  
I don't know why you think she may have a tumor. If she is large and looks pregnant, she is probably pregnant.  Time will tell.  
If she is, after having the kittens, please consider having her spayed.
