cat health question

my cat is throwing up and making a loud sound at the same time, what does this mean?  please help

Do you mean he or she is making a loud noise just before throwing up?  A lot of cats will cry before they vomit because their stomach is really hurting them.  During vomiting, though, I can't say I've heard any noises besides heaving.  At any rate, a cat who vomits for more than 24 hours or who has other symptoms should definitely see a vet.
