 Can a cat mate with each other if they are mother and son??
What would be the outcome of the litter ? Would they be physically messed up or retarded?

Yes, a mother cat can mate with her son.  The outcome depends on so many different factors.  However, it also depends on how inbred they are to begin with. The more inbred they are, the more likely they are to exhibit any genetic problems in the lines.
