Cat lost his tooth

My cat got in a fight with another cat and lost his tooth.  He's drooling a lot since yesterday when it happened.  Keeps trying to lick it out.  He wants to eat but can't.  Please help.

I am not a vet, but it sounds as if there is more damage then just a lost tooth.  Were it my cat, I would get him to the vet immediately.  Teeth with cavities or damage are an open gateway for all kinds of pathogens to get directly into your cat's blood stream!
