Blood in Cat feces

I have 3 felines two of which are pregnant...tonight i found blood in the feces of one which is unknown as they all share a litter box> Is this serious?

Remember, I am not a vet, but, normally, occasional blood in the feces is not a problem (it may even be that she is straining).  As to the pregnancies, it depends as to how far along they are as to whther the blood in the feces may be serious.  My advice is, with pregnant cats, if in doubt see your vet.
