Pyrantal for young kitten

I am fostering a young kitten, approximately 2.5 weeks old. Can I give her Pyrantal? If so, how much?

Unless the Pyrantal was specifically prescribed by a veterinarian for this kitten I wouldn't give it to him/her because calculating dosage in someone so tiny is difficult and what is safe for a slightly older kitten may not be safe for one so young. I would suggest having her assessed by a vet to see what is appropriate for treating and preventing parasites in her tiny body.
