controling heat cycles

Question
HI, I have a queen who is going to go to an outside male for breeding. She, how ever, goes out of heat easily and I am afraid on the car ride to my frinds home/cattery she wil likey go out.
I haev a bottle of Murex Purpurea which is suposed to be able to both put cats into heat and bring them out. Hwo di you use it to bring cats into heat?
Time is of the essence as male is due to be neuterd soon.

If that is not an option, then expect her to stay for quite a while. She may have to wait for the next heat in the other person's home.

How is that herb you mentioned used and at what strength and dose??
