pimples?

Hi I have a male boxer that is 1 year old and he has bumps all over his the outside of his mouth. I heard that dogs can get acne and I have been putting neosporin on them to try to get rid of them but it doesnt seem to be helping. So I was wondering what else I can try to correct the problem. I have another boxer and she doesnt have any. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi Allison, the neosporin will not help.  This is viral and will run it's course... Most of the time they dry up and fall off.  After a few months, if they don't fall off, the vet can remove them.
Don't worry.... it is doggie warts.
Nothing you can do... sorry.
Visit your vet for a check up / see what the vet says.
