2 dogs

I have 2 dogs, a yorkie-poo and a Shih-poo,  they both make this nasal sound (like a stuffy nose).  It is not continuous and they exhibit no other signs of sickness.  I changed collars to harnesses for both of them, I also recently starting using a new groomer (past 3 months).
Could it be a simple cold?

Glad you are using harnesses on them....
I wonder if they have slight allergies.  Also, YOUR home may be too dry?
You can add a pan of water in a few rooms... Just to put some humidity back into the air.  Just let a pan of water sit in a few places of the house.  Fill up every 3-4 days - the pan should evaporate over time.

You can also use a nasal spray to squirt up the nose - just to clean them out a few times per week.
