Peachfaced Lovebird

I have two year old female peach-faced lovebird, and three days ago i noticed that my lovebird's area where she urinates has like some puss and it is kind of red. help. what is this...is this bacteria and what should i do..??Does the bird feels pain..? Thank You

Alma, I don't do birds like this so I suggest you ask one of the vets in here or post this to the bird section. There is a huge section just for birds.
I would definitely get her to a vet however from what you are telling me and yes, birds feel pain also.
Call the vet or re-post soon- this sounds pretty serious.
